A Neptune Rum signature serve.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Neptune Rum
15ml Lavender Syrup
20ml Falernum
30ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Lime Juice

MAKE IT

Method: Build all the ingredients in a highball glass and fill it with crushed ice. Swizzle (churn) all the ingredients with a barspoon for 15 seconds and top up with more crushed ice.

Garnish: Pineapple leaf and pineapple wedge

Glass: Tall glass
