INGREDIENTS
50ml Neptune Rum Barbados Gold
25ml Lime Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
8 mint leaves
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Top Up with Bubbles
MAKE IT
Method: Shake all the ingredients but the bubbles with cubed ice and double fine strain in a coupe glass. Top Up with bubbles!
