50ml Neptune Rum Caribbean Spiced
50ml Pineapple Juice
1/2 glass of cola
Method: Fill one of the shaker tins with the pineapple juice. Add your Neptune Rum Caribbean spiced into the shaker and add ice. Seal the shaker with the unused tin and shake. Fill your highball glass 3/4 full with ice and add half a glass of cola. Top up the glass with ice. Slowly pour the contents of the shaker through a strainer into the glass.
Garnish: Pineapple leaves and a slice of pineapple.
