Rum Old Fashioned
The all new Old Fashioned causes quite a stir.
INGREDIENTS
60ml Neptune Rum Barbados Gold
10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
METHOD
Method: Stir all the ingredients in a mixing glass with cubed ice for 20 seconds. Strain in an old fashioned glass filled with cubed ice.
Garnish: Orange zest
Glass: Tumbler
