30ml Neptune Rum Barbados Gold
15ml Neptune Rum Caribbean Spiced
15ml Dark Rum
15ml Overproof Rum
50ml Passion Fruit Puree
15ml Cinnamon Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
5ml Grenadine
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters


Method: Shake all the ingredients but the Absinthe with cubed ice. Strain in a Tiki mug filled with crushed ice. Add a lump of brown sugar into the lime shell and splash with Absinthe. Light it up and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder on top. Leave the fire to dissolve most of the sugar once the flame goes out,tip the lime shell and remaining sugar into your drink. The dissolved brown sugar will give more flavour and texture to your cocktail.

Garnish: With fire!
